Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 to L3 technical support for Windows-based systems (Windows 10/11).
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Support and manage devices through Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
- Basic administration of Azure and AWS cloud platforms (user provisioning, VM monitoring, permissions).
- Assist in Azure DevOps activities as required (basic pipelines, repo management).
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding and manage IT inventory and asset tracking.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base, and SOPs.
- Manage and resolve tickets using ITIL-compliant ticketing systems.
- Ensure regular system backups are completed and verified.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Provide support during shift hours as part of a 24x7 rotational shift model.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in technical support roles (Windows environment).
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite – Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, compliance policies).
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure and AWS (basic administration level).
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Experience in IT documentation and asset/inventory management.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and use of ticketing systems.
- Experience with backup and restore operations.
- Strong communication skills in English – written and verbal.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Certifications Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Administrator Associate
- AWS Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect – Associate
- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
