Immediate Hiring - Cloud Administrator

Complete remote work - Time: 6:30 AM To 3:30 PM (IST)
- Administer including SharePoint, Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 products, Azure virtual machines, and other cloud-based systems, performing configuration and troubleshooting tasks.
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues impacting user productivity, including service outages or degradation.
- Conduct tests and troubleshoot cloud systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy, addressing and resolving client-reported issues.
- Maintain SSL certificates and DNS records as needed
- Schedule and execute regular maintenance activities, including system upgrades.
- Utilize programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, SQL, Python) to automate workflows, generate reports, and support ongoing projects.
- Maintain Microsoft ecosystem compliance with organizational security standards.
- Help enforce security policies and manage compliance configurations in Office 365, including data loss prevention (DLP), encryption, retention policies, and eDiscovery.
- Utilize SIEM solutions to design and customize dashboards, analyze security incidents, and implement risk mitigation strategies, providing technical proposals to enhance security.
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Document project activities, parameters, and configurations to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with the PMO, Software Development, and Operations Teams to provide administrative support for integrated solutions and systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the corporate IT field, particularly in handling end-user requests and support.
- Possess knowledge of cloud architecture, cloud native patterns, container management and cloud computing capabilities especially as offered by Azure.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra ID, Defender, and MDM (Intune).
- Basic knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, access points, and routers, is advantageous.
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as Python, JavaScript, GoLang, Shell, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Strong customer service skills for handling requests and resolving incidents.
- Experience working in an international environment, such as a foreign-affiliated company or international organization, is preferred.
- Prior experience with a cloud infrastructure service provider or extensive private cloud environment.
