Job Description - Mobile Device Management (MDM) & MAM System (Microsoft Intune & Android Enterprise)

**Position**: MDM Specialist - Intune & Android Enterprise
**Experience**: 5+ Years
**Location**: Remote (PAN India only)
**Engagement Type**: Independent Contractor - 3 months
**Shifts (IST)**:

- **Second Shift / Afternoon**: 14:00 - 23:00
- **Night Shift**: 21:00 - 06:00

**Compensation**:
Rates are **inclusive of all charges, taxes, and shift allowances**

**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist** with deep expertise in **Microsoft Intune** and **Android Enterprise**. The role focuses on establishing and supporting a robust MDM/MAM environment to manage and secure corporate Android devices. You will design enrollment processes, enforce security policies, integrate with internal systems, provide Tier 2/3 support, and assist with platform transitions in a global enterprise setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up and manage **MDM/MAM** for Android devices using **Microsoft Intune**.
- Create and administer **Android Enterprise Accounts** for app store integration and user management.
- Design device enrollment processes (bulk & self-service) for efficient onboarding.
- Implement security policies covering encryption, authentication, permitted apps, and remote wipe.
- Integrate with **Entra ID** for secure authentication and access control.
- Provide training, documentation, and **Tier 2/3 support** for troubleshooting and escalations.
- Monitor device compliance, health, and security threats; assist in Intune platform transitions.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in **MDM/MAM administration**.
- Strong expertise in **Microsoft Intune with Android Enterprise**.
- Experience in **device lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, and policy enforcement**.
- Familiarity with **Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)** and conditional access.
- Knowledge of **VPN setup, mobile security best practices, and enterprise mobility**.
- Proven ability to handle **Tier 2/3 escalations** for Intune and endpoint support.

**Preferred Skills**
- Microsoft Certifications (**MD-102, SC-900, or EMS-related**).
- Exposure to **Zero Trust architecture & mobile threat defense solutions**.
- Prior experience with **Hypercare support and Intune platform transition**.

**Engagement Terms**: Remote Work - PAN India only
