**Preferred Job Skillset:

- Hardware - Servers, Desktop, Laptops, Printers, Routers, Firewalls & Other Network Devices.
- Operating Systems - Any one of Windows Server 2019, 2016 & 2012.
- Desktop operating systems - Windows 11&10,
- Working Knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DFS, DHCP, Group Policies and Webservers.
- Microsoft SQL Server 2012, 2016
- Virtualized infra management -VM ware or Hyper-V
- Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, MDM
- Working experience on the below is an added advantage
- Backups
- PowerShell Scripting
- Cisco Network Devices
- VOIP Systems & IP Phones
- **GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS A MUST.**

**Job description**

**Job Type**: - Full-time

Schedule: - Mostly Night Shift

**Responsibilities: -**

Responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure and perform day-to-day IT activities, such as
- Hardware: - Manage and maintain all Systems and Network hardware such as Laptop/Desktop & Servers, Network Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VOIP Phone System, Biometric devices.
- Network Administration: - Install, configure and maintain Firewalls, Routers and Network Switches, VPN, VOIP Phones and PBX and trouble shoot WIFI, Network and Internet connectivity issues.
- System Administration: - Install and Maintain Windows Client OS and Server OS, all related Applications & Productivity tools, install security patches & upgrades, install of Drivers and Firmware updates., trouble shoot using Remote Desktop Tools.
- Server Administration: - Management of Active Directory, User & Groups, DNS, DHCP, IIS and Files & Backups, Sharing and Security permissions, Group and Security Policies., Performance Monitoring
- Cloud Administration: - Create, secure & maintenance of Virtual Machines and Cloud Resources on Microsoft Azure.
- Documentation: - Create and maintain all required System and Network Documentation, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
