**Intune Administrator** **(M/F/d) - 100% Remote**

**Your Mission**:
**Your daily tasks**:

- Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Intune, responsible for managing and maintaining Intune infrastructure and configurations.
- Oversee the enrollment process of devices into Intune, including provisioning, registration, and configuration.
- Implement security measures within Intune to safeguard organizational data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to Intune configurations, policies, and deployments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure continuity.
- Stay updated with the latest Intune features, enhancements, and best practices, and recommend improvements to optimize Intune utilization and performance.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in administering Microsoft Intune, including configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) concepts, including device enrollment, compliance policies, and remote wipe capabilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, including Entra ID and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Intune certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Intune and Azure Administrator Associate).
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and customization tasks.
- Knowledge of modern management technologies such as Windows Autopilot and co-management with Configuration Manager (CoM).
