Role Overview

We are looking for an IT & Systems Administrator who can manage Office 365, employee access, email systems, and IT operations. This person will ensure that our employees have smooth access to the tools they need, while maintaining best practices in security, compliance, and IT support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Office 365 tenant: create/disable accounts, set up distribution lists, configure security policies.
  • Create and manage email IDs, aliases, and shared mailboxes.
  • Handle employee onboarding/offboarding (access provisioning, laptop setup, license management).
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols (MFA, password policies, data access rules).
  • Administer productivity and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
  • Provide L1/L2 IT support to employees (email, VPN, network access, system troubleshooting).
  • Manage integrations with third-party SaaS tools (HR, CRM, marketing platforms).
  • Collaborate with HR and management to streamline IT access workflows.
  • Document IT processes and maintain an internal knowledge base.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience as an IT Administrator / System Admin / Office 365 Admin.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Office 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online.
  • Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune.
  • Knowledge of networking, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint security.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Startup-friendly mindset: hands-on, problem-solver, responsive.
