At Solü Technology Partners, we empower clients by designing and supporting technology solutions that drive business growth and collaboration. We are seeking a Microsoft Systems & Cloud Administrator to help manage and optimize enterprise IT environments. This role focuses on supporting cloud-based and on-premises systems, administering Microsoft 365 and Azure, automating workflows, and ensuring secure, efficient collaboration. Only top candidates with proven expertise and strong English fluency will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online)
• Manage Azure Active Directory, including organizational units, users, groups, and policies
• Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, permissions, and workflows- Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate and PowerShell- Support Power BI reporting deployments and integrations
• Provision and support laptops, servers, and endpoints, ensuring security and compliance
• Monitor system health and performance, responding to alerts and incidents- Assist with cloud migrations, patching, and release management
• Collaborate with development and project teams to align infrastructure with business needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft administration roles
• Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
• Experience with SharePoint administration and document management solutions
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation workflows
• Exposure to Power BI dashboards and data integrations
• Familiarity with IT monitoring, patch management, and endpoint security practices
• Microsoft certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365, or Security) are highly desirable
• High English fluency (written and spoken) required to collaborate with U.S. teams

Work Hours:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Monday–Friday, mid-shift India hours (approx. 2PM – 10PM IST / 4:30AM – 12:30PM EST)
• Occasional weekend or off-hours availability may be required for releases or production support, coordinated with U.S. on-call coverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60, ₹110,000.00 per month

• Comfortable working either mid-shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST) or late-shift hours (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST)
• Not comfortable working either mid-shift of late-shift hours
