Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer contract position in India

A Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong experience in plugin development and a deep understanding of the Customer Service module.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing on the Customer Service module.

Design and implement plugins, workflows, and custom business logic using C# and .NET.

Integrate CRM with external systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or custom APIs.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of CRM components.

Mandatory skills

Strong understanding of D365 Customer Service Module.

Strong expertise in plugin development using C# and the Dynamics SDK.

Experience with the Customer Service module including case management, SLAs, and entitlements.

Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).

Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and web resources in CRM.

Experience with Azure services and integration patterns is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server).

Experience in web development using .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript with React.

Experience with REST and RPC APIs.

Desired skills

D365 Customer service and plugins.

Developing extensions for D365 Customer service

Integrating D365 Customer service with other systems.
