About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer who can design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Pages, and the broader Power Platform ecosystem. This role involves advanced customization, plugin development, API integration, and solution architecture for scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including advanced workflows, model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Pages, and dashboards.
  • Build and customize Power Pages portals, including authentication, security roles, Liquid templates, and integration with Dataverse.
  • Develop complex plugins, custom workflows, webhooks, and real-time event-driven extensions.
  • Implement client-side scripting using JavaScript, TypeScript, and form customizations.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Web API, .NET services, and custom connectors.
  • Lead data migration projects using KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.
  • Use Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, DevOps pipelines for extending CRM capabilities.
  • Handle Dynamics 365 customization & configuration, including security roles, BPFs, forms, and business rules.
  • Design solution architecture ensuring best practices, compliance, data governance, and scalability.
  • Develop reports using SQL Server, SSRS, FetchXML, and Power BI.
  • Ensure proper documentation, testing, ALM/solution management, and version control via Azure DevOps.
  • Work collaboratively with business analysts, testers, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
  • Hands-on experience in plugin development, .NET development, webhooks, and JavaScript customizations.
  • Experience with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
  • Expertise in integrations and data migration.
  • Good understanding of CRM architecture, SDLC, CI/CD, and ALM.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, FetchXML, and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead technical design and work independently.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,100, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
