**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint, Office 365 (specifically SharePoint, OneDrive, Veeva Engage), and related migration tools such as Sharegate.
- Lead efforts to validate SharePoint for Socs and GXP compliance, adhering to Microsoft security assessments and ensuring the integrity of our systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and facilitate migrations, leveraging Sharegate, and maintaining a focus on cloud-based solutions while supporting some on-premises migrations.
- Act as the front-line support for end-users, providing excellent communication and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to develop and refine SharePoint and Office 365 strategies, focusing on long-term best practices and efficiencies.
- Contribute to administrative and strategic aspects of SharePoint and Veeva, rather than development tasks, to enhance the platform's value to the business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Power Platform integrations and capabilities, providing insights on leveraging these tools to enhance productivity and collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- 4-10 years of experience as an SME on SharePoint and Office 365.
- Strong background in system compliance, including GXP and Socs, with experience getting systems validated.
- Proficiency with SharePoint migration tools, specifically Sharegate, and experience with data migration projects.
- Knowledge of TDT and PowerShell scripting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with end-users and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications in SharePoint, Office 365, or Product Ownership are a plus.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
