Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SharePoint Administrator with strong expertise in SharePoint On-Premise and SharePoint Online environments. The ideal candidate will lead migration activities, ensure smooth content transitions, and maintain overall health, performance, and security of SharePoint systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SharePoint Administration across On-Premise and Cloud environments.
  • Execute SharePoint migration activities from On-Prem to SharePoint Online (M365).
  • Perform detailed pre-migration and post-migration checks, ensuring data accuracy and minimal downtime.
  • Handle site, content, workflow, and permissions migrations with precision and low impact on users.
  • Conduct migrations for intranet and external SharePoint sites.
  • Recommend and utilize appropriate migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, etc.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, permissions, workflows, and configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, security policies, and governance standards.

Preferred / Additional Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, Security & Compliance).
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint automation tasks.
  • Understanding of content management, document libraries, metadata, retention policies, and governance.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination capabilities with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹342, ₹1,407,209.67 per year
