Senior SharePoint Developer (Lead Role)

Experience Required: 3+ years

Support Levels: L2 & L3

Location: Remote (working with Australian clients)

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to take on a Lead Technician role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SharePoint development, administration, and support. This position involves managing and resolving escalated client requirements, ensuring high-quality technical delivery, and communicating directly with overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SharePoint development tasks and provide L2/L3 support.
  • Handle escalations from clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate directly with Australian clients; ensure excellent communication and service delivery.
  • Customize, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex SharePoint issues and provide long-term solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and updates as required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a SharePoint Developer or SharePoint Support Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Prem, Power Automate, PowerApps, and related Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience providing L2 & L3 technical support.
  • Strong communication skills, especially with overseas clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Compensation

  • Monthly compensation will increase based on performance, client feedback, and hours spent supporting clients

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 75 – 100 per week
