Job Title: Microsoft 365 Engineer (SharePoint, Power Platform, Migration)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer with deep expertise in SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and cloud migration to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support the deployment, administration, and optimization of SharePoint environments, design automated workflows with Power Platform, and oversee seamless migrations to Microsoft 365. You will be a key player in driving the digital transformation of our organization, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and improve data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• SharePoint Administration & Support:
• Manage and maintain SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and OneDrive for Business environments.
• Architect and deploy SharePoint solutions, including communication sites, team sites, and hub sites.
• Configure and customize SharePoint features such as document libraries, lists, content types, and web parts.
• Implement SharePoint Online Governance, including permissions, workflows, and compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint infrastructure, content migration, and end-user experiences.
• Power Platform Development & Automation:
• Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven) to meet business requirements and automate workflows.
• Build and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate (Flow), integrating with Microsoft 365 apps and third-party applications.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports for business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting.
• Configure Power Virtual Agents for chatbots and integrate with other Power Platform components to streamline workflows.
• Implement AI Builder and Power Automate Desktop to automate manual processes and integrate machine learning models.
• Microsoft 365 Migration & Integration:
• Lead the migration of legacy systems, including on-premises SharePoint, file servers, and third-party solutions, to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Conduct pre-migration assessments, perform data mapping, and create migration plans to ensure data integrity and minimal disruption.
• Use migration tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint, Metalogix, or Microsoft-native tools to facilitate seamless data transfers.
• Coordinate the migration of workflows, customizations, and security settings to the cloud environment.
• Ensure integration between SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 apps.
• Perform post-migration validation and address any issues with data integrity, permissions, or custom solutions.
• Collaboration & Integration:
• Design and implement integration solutions between SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, etc.).
• Utilize Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft Graph API for advanced integration and automation.
• Provide technical guidance on using SharePoint and Power Platform in business workflows to drive user adoption.
• Develop and deploy custom connectors in Power Automate and Power Apps to integrate external data sources and APIs.
• Security, Compliance & Performance Optimization:
• Ensure the security of data within SharePoint and Power Platform by implementing Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies.
• Manage role-based access control (RBAC), data loss prevention (DLP), and information governance policies in SharePoint.
• Conduct regular security audits, troubleshoot potential vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Optimize system performance, including load balancing, caching, and ensuring high availability in SharePoint Online.
• Ongoing Support & Troubleshooting:
• Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint users, resolving issues related to document management, workflows, and custom applications.
• Monitor and report on usage analytics using Power BI and Microsoft 365 Admin Center to ensure maximum user adoption.
• Stay up-to-date on Microsoft 365 updates, new SharePoint features, Power Platform capabilities, and best practices for system optimization.
• Develop documentation and provide training to end-users on SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate functionalities.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365 Technologies:
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.).
• Expertise in SharePoint Online architecture (sites, web parts, document libraries, metadata, search, etc.).
• Extensive experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps), Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations (SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 to SharePoint Online) using third-party tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint, and Metalogix.
• Cloud & Automation Technologies:
• Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft Identity management, and Conditional Access policies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API, Azure Logic Apps, and RESTful APIs for integration and custom automation solutions.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
• Understanding of Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, and Azure Functions for cloud-native solutions.
• Data Security & Compliance:
• Knowledge of information governance and compliance solutions within Microsoft 365 (e.g., eDiscovery, DLP, Retention Policies).
• Experience with Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) and Microsoft Defender for security monitoring and threat management.
• Collaboration & Integration:
• Proficiency in integrating SharePoint and Power Platform with Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
• Strong understanding of enterprise data modeling, data integration, and workflow automation.
• Additional Technical Skills:
• Experience in custom development using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for building client-side web parts.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs for SharePoint and Power Platform customizations.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, and data transformation techniques in Power BI.
• Certifications (Desirable):
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals or Power Platform App Maker.
• Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server or Online certifications.
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.

Pay: ₹235, ₹1,500,000.00 per year
