Job Title: Power BI / Data Solutions Specialist (SharePoint, Power Apps, Databricks, and Nullsoft)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI / Data Solutions Specialist with hands-on experience in SharePoint, Power Apps, Databricks, and Nullsoft. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and manage scalable business intelligence solutions, automate workflows, and optimize data integration processes to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and custom business applications using Power Apps.
  • Manage and transform large datasets leveraging Databricks for advanced analytics and machine learning tasks.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts or automation solutions using Nullsoft (NSIS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain data accuracy, security, and integrity across systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to business users and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–4+ years of experience in Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, Databricks, and Nullsoft.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL queries.
  • Experience in building custom applications and automations in a business environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional Microsoft 365 tools and cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics, AI, or machine learning is a plus.
