# Job Title: Power BI Expert

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Design Power BI Reports: Create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.

2. Data Integration and Transformation: Connect Power BI to multiple data sources, use Power Query for data extraction and transformation.

3. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze large datasets to generate meaningful insights and trends.

4. Power BI Service and Administration: Publish reports, manage app workspaces, and implement Row-Level Security.

5. Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for performance and scalability.

6. Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct training sessions, and document processes.

Key Requirements

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

2. Experience: 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI.

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Mobile.
- Advanced skills in DAX and Power Query.
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

4. Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
