. Power BI Engineer Key Skills & Experience:
• Power BI Dashboards: Design and develop intuitive, interactive dashboards that deliver actionable business insights and support decision-making across departments.
• Tabular Reports: Proficient in building and optimizing tabular reports that present complex data in a clean, concise, and easily digestible format.
• Advanced DAX: Expert in DAX for crafting dynamic measures, calculated columns, and expressions, ensuring optimal performance of reports and dashboards.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, aligning business needs with technical capabilities.
• Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving issues related to data models, DAX logic, refresh schedules, and report performance.
• UI/UX Enhancement: Collaborate closely with business analysts and end-users to improve the usability and visual appeal of reports and dashboards. Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and migration of advanced Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Partner with the discovery team to gather business requirements and suggest improvements on existing BI assets.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to enhance UI/UX aspects of dashboards and visualizations.
• Provide expert guidance on data modeling and DAX calculations to the BI and Analytics team.
• Ensure Power BI solutions adhere to data security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Continuously enhance and optimize Power BI solutions for improved performance and usability.
• Mentor and coach junior Power BI developers and analysts.
• Stay abreast of latest trends, tools, and best practices in BI and analytics — including evolving capabilities within the Microsoft Fabric platform.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
•

Designed and developed at least 3 end-to-end Power BI solutions from data integration to dashboard delivery.
• Deep experience in building, optimizing, and scaling complex Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, including star/snowflake schemas, and dimensional modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Advanced DAX skills with a focus on performance and reusability.
• Skilled in performance tuning of Power BI reports and optimization of underlying SQL queries.
• Ability to architect comprehensive BI solutions spanning data ingestion, storage, modeling, and visualization.
• Understanding of advanced analytics and machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Knowledge of MicroStrategy is desirable.
• Retail industry experience is an added advantage.
• Certifications in Power BI (e.g., PL-300, DA-100) are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800, ₹2,200,000.00 per year
