Roxxgen is seeking a talented Power BI Report Developer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity serving our US-based clients.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Report Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. This is a direct hire, full-time position offering competitive compensation of $100,000 USD per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Transform complex data into meaningful visualizations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
  • Optimize report performance and data models
  • Maintain and enhance existing Power BI solutions
  • Implement best practices for data visualization and reporting
  • Document technical specifications and report functionalities

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with Power BI development
  • Strong expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
  • Proficiency in data modeling and ETL processes
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills for working with US-based clients
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Power BI certification
  • Experience with Azure data services
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
  • Background in business intelligence or analytics
