Position: SharePoint Administrator/Developer

Location: Remote, India

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SharePoint Administrator/Developer to manage, develop, and support Microsoft SharePoint environments, including SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online (Office 365). The ideal candidate will also have experience with Nintex Workflows/Forms, Microsoft Visual Studio, and SQL Server, and will play a key role in designing business solutions, automating workflows, and supporting the broader digital collaboration ecosystem.

SharePoint Administration & Development (2019, Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online):

  • Maintain SharePoint farms and environments (on-prem and online).
  • Manage SharePoint permissions, site collections, service applications, and security settings.
  • Develop and maintain custom SharePoint solutions using PowerShell, CSOM, JavaScript, and SPFx (as applicable).
  • Create and customize SharePoint pages, lists, libraries, and web parts.
  • Monitor performance, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues across environments.
  • Migrate content and solutions between SharePoint versions or environments.

Nintex Workflow & Forms:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and custom forms using Nintex for SharePoint (on-prem and Online).
  • Optimize existing workflows and implement enhancements based on business needs.
  • Integrate Nintex with external systems and services where necessary.

Microsoft Visual Studio (Development Skills):

  • Develop custom SharePoint components using Visual Studio (Web Parts, Event Receivers, Timer Jobs, etc.).
  • Work with .NET Framework/.NET Core for enterprise-level SharePoint applications.
  • Utilize REST, CSOM, JSOM APIs for SharePoint customization and integration.

Microsoft SQL Server:

  • Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Perform database maintenance, backups, and monitoring related to SharePoint databases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint database performance or connectivity.
