**Job Title: Associate M365 Administrator**
**Job Location**: India (Remote)**Job Overview**:
- **Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- The Associate M365 Administrator will be a point of contact for technical and support issues related to Microsoft 365 administration
- Responsible for the operation and governance of collaboration and communication services such as Exchange\Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
- Create and maintain the technical configuration guides, operating procedures, and training materials for administration roles.
- Administer and maintain support of Enterprise Class Applications (SasS).
- Adhere to technical policies, standards, best practices, and the organization's Change Management procedures
- Ensure quality standards are met for engineered solutions and promote continuous improvement across the entire Microsoft 365 platform
- Provide and maintain clear, concise, and customized documentation that is appropriate for technical and non-technical audiences
- Work on assigned projects and complete them within the timetable established by leadership
- Assist end-users with establishing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data connectivity and devices.
- Ensure all operations are managed with security and compliance best practices.
- Monitor and triage alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.

- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an area of concentration commensurate with responsibility.
- Or a combination of work experience, education, or other related industry experience in a similar role.- Experience
- Minimum 2 years Overall IT Operations / Infrastructure Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years Supporting the Microsoft 365 Platform Required
- Minimum 2 years Supporting Microsoft 365 Exchange online/Messaging Required
- Minimum 2 years Supporting Microsoft 365 Teams Required
- Minimum 2 years Supporting Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Required
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience and a proven track record of effective and superior customer service skills.-

- Must be a self-starter and can work independently as well as within a tightly formed team
- Experience with permissions and sharing in SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
- 2+ years experience with SharePoint Online content management, including design, page layout, and web parts.
- 2+ years experience with MS Teams, including management, policies, chat, voice, and meetings/webinars.- Troubleshooting skills with Exchange mail flow and incident response
- Experience with cloud recovery and backup processes, administration, and security.-
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) along with Group and Conditional access policies
- Firm understanding and experience with MFA and modern authentication.
- Extensive knowledge of data connectivity methods and devices.
- Flexibility to work under critical conditions.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong conversation and customer service skills.- Possess excellent organizational, prioritization, and workflow management skills.
- Superior problem-solving skills.- Capabilities
- Some heavy lifting (+/- 50 lbs.).
