**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a certified **Microsoft 365 Administrator** to manage and maintain our M365 environment. This role is essential for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of Microsoft 365 services across the organization with a strong emphasis on security, compliance, and end-user support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage Azure AD users, groups, licenses, and role-based access controls.
- Maintain security posture through configuration of MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and retention policies.
- Support and manage mobile device and endpoint compliance via Microsoft Intune.
- Monitor service health, usage, and security via the Microsoft 365 admin centers.
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
- Respond to and resolve Tier 2/3 support requests related to Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to ensure M365 governance and best practices.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Must be Microsoft 365 Certified**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Azure AD, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Proficient in PowerShell for automation and administrative tasks.
- Familiar with hybrid environments and tools such as Azure AD Connect.
- Solid understanding of security & compliance features in M365.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience supporting compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Purview.
- Experience in tenant migrations or mergers.

Pay: From ₹623,106.27 per year
