**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for HRMS and IT solutions
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client consultations
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, campaigns, and networking
- Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate HRMS solutions
- Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reports using CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- 6months - 3 year of experience in **IT Sales**, **HRMS Sales**, or **SaaS B2B Sales**:

- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**:

- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities
- Understanding of HRMS / ERP software, payroll systems, and employee management tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital sales channels
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and ready to work from our Gurgaon office
- **Immediate joiners preferred (within 20 days max)**

**Job Description: ERP Sales Executive**

**Location**: Gurgaon (On-site)

**Experience**: 6 Months - 1 Year
**Education**: Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred)
**Joining**: Immediate to 15 Days

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for ERP solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase ERP capabilities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP modules/solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within specified timelines.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- 6 months - 3 year of experience in **ERP/Software/IT Sales**.
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand technology-driven business solutions.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and sales tools.
