**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and client references.
- Generate leads and convert them into clients for digital marketing and IT services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and present solutions to potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage client communication and ensure timely project follow-ups.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client handling (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in **night shifts** (US/International clients).
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
**Shift & Work Details**:
- **Shift Timing**: 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
- **Working Days**: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Off)
- **Job Type**: Full-time, Onsite

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
