**Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - IT Sales**

**Job Overview**:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing sales revenue in the IT sector. The role requires identifying potential business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The BDE will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals by delivering tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including enterprises, SMEs, and startups.
- **Sales & Revenue Generation**:
- Drive the full sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Create and deliver engaging sales presentations, product demos, and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- **Sales Strategy & Market Analysis**:
- Develop and implement strategies to target potential clients and markets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the IT space.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns and initiatives.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to customize proposals and solutions based on client needs.
- Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the account management team for implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, technical support) to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Reporting & Sales Forecasting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management on revenue targets, pipeline status, and market trends.
- **Sales Targets & KPIs**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and revenue targets.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in IT sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, software, and hardware products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to understand and translate technical IT concepts into client-friendly terms.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on driving revenue.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in IT or technology solutions.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation tools, and sales automation platforms.
