**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in **IT services, web development, AI automation, and eCommerce solutions**.
- Handle the complete sales cycle — from **lead generation** and **client communication** to **negotiation** and **deal closure**.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-6 months of experience** in Business Development / IT Sales / Client Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
