As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, proposing suitable solutions, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to generate new business opportunities.
- Understand the client's business objectives and challenges and propose appropriate solutions that align with their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up activities using our CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
- Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.

**Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
- Knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
