**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Business Development team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products/services. Fluency in English is a must, as the role involves communication with clients across different regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,258.65 - ₹31,814.28 per month
