About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive Fresher in IT sales or client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, web development, AI automation, and eCommerce solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client communication to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create customized proposals and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-6 months of experience in Business Development / IT Sales / Client Acquisition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
