Job Overview:
Foxy Digits is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle Upwork clients, generate leads, and maintain strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for client communication, proposal submission, and ensuring successful project closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Respond to client inquiries and submit customized proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements and timelines.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely project completion and satisfaction.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client communications.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide solutions.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, design, or IT services is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable working in USA shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
