**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research to understand client industries, target audiences, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, brand voice, and messaging needs.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging, on-brand content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights to improve future content strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital strategy.
- Manage and mentor junior content creators, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role within a digital agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience with social media platforms and content optimization for social channels.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
