**Role Overview**

We’re expanding our exam-prep offerings and seeking passionate Competitive Exams Trainers specializing in Civil Services, SSC, Railways, State Public Service Commissions, UGC‑NET, and other government-level exams. As a trainer, you’ll design and deliver structured, high-impact live classes that help aspirants navigate vast syllabi, build strong answer-writing skills, and confidently clear top-tier competitive examinations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Study Material & Practice Sets: Develop and distribute comprehensive notes, model answers, quizzes, mock tests, and full-length simulated exams tailored to each exam’s format and difficulty level.
- Mentorship & Doubt Clearing: Offer one-on-one doubt-clearing, group discussions, and dedicated mentorship forums to help students track progress, overcome challenges, and stay motivated.
- Current Affairs Integration: Curate weekly news updates, editorials, and analyses linked directly to exam trends, question patterns, and syllabus relevance.
- Answer-Writing Workshops: Conduct regular writing drills, model answer critique sessions, and timed essay practice to build clarity, structure, and depth in students' responses.
- Performance Tracking & Feedback: Use analytics from quizzes and mock tests to identify strengths and weaknesses, and customize feedback loops and remedial sessions.
- Stay Updated: Keep pace with evolving exam patterns, notification dates, syllabus revisions, and emerging question types; update course content accordingly.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Background Experience: 1-2 years of teaching or professional expertise in any competitive domain (Civil Services, SSC, Railways, NET, etc.).
- Content Expertise: Deep familiarity with exam syllabi, current trends, cutoff benchmarks, paper patterns, and answer-scoring methodology.
- Digital Teaching Skills: Comfortable facilitating live online classes, using digital whiteboards, breakout rooms, and other virtual teaching tools.
- Mentorship Aptitude: Passionate about coaching, guiding aspirants through stress management, exam strategy, and consistent study habits.
- Adaptability: Eager to continuously refine course structure based on learner feedback, performance metrics, and evolving exam landscapes.
