**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive NCLEX-RN training sessions, encompassing all exam components.
- Design and implement targeted lesson plans that address the specific needs of students.
- Evaluate students' knowledge and skills, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
- Conduct practice tests and review sessions to ensure students are thoroughly prepared for the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NCLEX-RN standards, guidelines, and test formats.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to optimize the learning experience.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Certified NCLEX-RN Trainer.
- 2-5 years of experience in NCLEX-RN exam preparation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in helping students achieve high pass rates on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
