Job Description:

Our prestigious language and immigration academy, launching in September, is seeking highly qualified and certified NCLEX-RN Trainers. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in preparing nursing students for the NCLEX-RN exam, with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive NCLEX-RN training sessions, encompassing all exam components.
  • Design and implement targeted lesson plans that address the specific needs of students.
  • Evaluate students' knowledge and skills, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
  • Conduct practice tests and review sessions to ensure students are thoroughly prepared for the NCLEX-RN exam.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NCLEX-RN standards, guidelines, and test formats.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to optimize the learning experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Certified NCLEX-RN Trainer.
  • 2-5 years of experience in NCLEX-RN exam preparation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in helping students achieve high pass rates on the NCLEX-RN exam.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
