We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable NCLEX Review Course Tutor to join our team. As an NCLEX Tutor at TutorChrome, you will help nursing students prepare for the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) by providing comprehensive review sessions, practice questions, and test-taking strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive online review sessions for the NCLEX exam.
- Provide in-depth explanations of nursing concepts, including patient care, pharmacology, medical-surgical nursing, and other key areas covered on the NCLEX.
- Assist students with understanding the NCLEX exam format and developing effective test-taking strategies.
- Develop customized study plans to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Offer feedback and progress reports to help students improve their performance.
- Stay updated with the latest NCLEX exam content and changes.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active nursing license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing preferred.
- Previous experience tutoring or teaching NCLEX review courses.
- Strong understanding of NCLEX exam content and structure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Comfortable using online tutoring platforms and technology.
- Patience, dedication, and a passion for teaching.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification as a Nurse Educator (CNE) or similar credential.
- Experience with online tutoring.
- Proven track record of helping students pass the NCLEX exam.
