We are seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer Tutor to join our team. As a Graphic Designer Tutor at Baoiam Innovations, you will play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of graphic designers by providing expert guidance, instruction, and mentorship. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and help them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the competitive field of graphic design.

*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive graphic design courses, workshops, and tutorials.
- Provide personalized instruction and feedback to students, catering to their individual skill levels and learning objectives.
- Collaborate with other team members to create comprehensive curriculum materials and resources.
- Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant.
- Mentor and guide students in the creation of portfolio-worthy design projects.
- Organize and participate in student presentations, critiques, and portfolio reviews.
- Assist in the recruitment and evaluation of students for design programs or internships.
- Contribute to the overall development and growth of the graphic design education program at Baoiam Innovations.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for design education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
