**Job Description: Online Tutor (CBSE Syllabus for Grades IX-XII)**

**Position**: Online Tutor
**Subjects**: CBSE Syllabus for Grades IX to XII
**Employment Type**: Part-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans that align with CBSE standards.
- Create concise and engaging short video lessons (5-15 minutes) to simplify complex topics for an online learning app.
- Provide regular feedback and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Design and share additional resources, such as practice questions, revision notes, and concept explanations.
- Stay updated with CBSE syllabus changes and exam patterns to ensure relevant and accurate teaching.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with the CBSE syllabus.
- Proficiency in creating digital content and familiarity with online teaching tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong time management skills to balance teaching and content creation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in creating educational video content or using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or video editing software.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online tutoring platforms.
