Key Responsibilities:Tutoring and Instruction:

- Develop customized lesson plans and study guides based on individual student needs and learning styles.
- Explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring student comprehension.
- Assist students with homework, assignments, projects, and exam preparation.

Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

- Assess students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning gaps to tailor instruction accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing feedback and adjusting tutoring strategies as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions, including topics covered and student progress.

Communication and Support:

- Communicate regularly with students and, if applicable, their parents/guardians regarding progress and any concerns.
- Provide academic encouragement and support, helping students build confidence and motivation.
- Collaborate with other educators and school staff to ensure alignment with curriculum and educational goals.

Administrative Duties:

- Schedule tutoring sessions and manage time effectively to accommodate multiple students.
- Stay updated with the latest educational tools, technologies, and best practices for online tutoring.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities as required.

Qualifications: Education and Experience:

- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or a related educational role, preferably in an online setting.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
