Xplooreze is an e-learning and ed-tech platform that connects passionate tutors, trainers, and coaches with eager learners seeking quality education. Our goal is to make it easy for students to find verified, high-quality tutors across academics, languages, skills, and hobbies, while giving educators the freedom to grow without high commissions or complex admin. We streamline onboarding, scheduling, communication, and secure payments, allowing educators to focus on teaching.

This is a part-time, remote role for a Tutor/Trainer/Instructor. The responsibilities include delivering high-quality tutoring sessions, designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, and tailoring teaching methods to meet the needs of learners. The Tutor will also be responsible for tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining regular communication with students and parents.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹9, ₹47,764.27 per month

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
