Role overview:
Key Responsibilities

Assess student’s strengths and areas for improvement. Develop personalized learning plans that cater to their academic challenges.

Monitor and report on student progress. Regularly adjust lesson plans and strategies based on student performance and feedback.

Help students with test preparation, homework assignments and study skills to enhance their academic success.

Qualifications/ Requirements

Proven 1-2 year of experience as a Private Tutor/school tutor or in a similar educational role.

Strong understanding of ( Finance, Business, Statistics and probability, Accounts,, Economics, Psychology) and effective teaching strategies.

Availability of own laptop/desktop computer and a stable high speed internet connection (min 10-15 Mbps) for smoother video streaming and sharing resources with students.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage students.

Preferred Skills

Experience in developing customized learning plans.

Familiarity with online learning platforms or virtual tutoring tools.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple students and lessons effectively.
