Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive NCLEX-RN preparation programs, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and instructional materials development.
- Facilitate interactive online sessions, and review sessions to reinforce key nursing concepts and critical thinking skills.
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and technology-enhanced learning platforms to enhance trainee engagement and learning outcomes.
- Stay current with developments in NCLEX-RN examination, including New Generation NCLEX-RN (NGN) exam content.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years of clinical experience as an RN, preferably in acute care or specialty areas.
- Successful completion of the NCLEX-RN examination preferred.
- Previous experience in teaching NCLEX is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice guidelines, and evidence-based nursing care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in computer-based learning platforms and educational software. - Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.
- Provide NGN training to nurses according to the latest test pattern. - Curate and update NCLEX training material for nurses from the resources provided.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
