Oet Trainer for Pharmacists

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver OET training sessions for pharmacists, focusing on all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Provide part-by-part training for each module to ensure thorough understanding and skill development.
- Prepare and distribute customized study materials and resources.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Offer personalized guidance and support to help students overcome challenges and improve their performance.
- Stay updated with the latest OET exam patterns and incorporate relevant changes into the training curriculum.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to maintain high standards of training and student satisfaction.
- Participate actively in the academy's social media campaigns and other promotional activities as instructed.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Schedule time slots with students based on their convenience and update the administrator accordingly.
- Collect and report student scores to the administrator for further analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Proven experience as an OET Trainer, preferably with a focus on pharmacists.
- TESOL or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the OET exam structure and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.
- Proficient in using online teaching platforms and tools.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
