As a Spoken English, OET, and IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective language training sessions to our students. You will work closely with individuals to assess their language proficiency, develop customized lesson plans, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their spoken English and achieve their desired scores in OET and IELTS exams. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct virtual training sessions in spoken English, OET (Occupational English Test), and IELTS (International English Language Testing System).
- Assess students' language proficiency levels and customize lesson plans to meet their specific needs and goals.
- Create interactive and engaging teaching materials, including presentations, exercises, and practice tests.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their language skills and track their progress over time.
- Motivate and inspire students to achieve their language learning objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in language teaching methodologies and exam formats.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall quality of language training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certification in TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Experience in teaching spoken English, OET, or IELTS is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and virtual classroom tools.
