Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to join our online tutoring team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong command of English grammar, pronunciation and fluency and a passion for helping learners improve their Spoken English and confidence in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging online Spoken English sessions.
  • Design and deliver interactive lessons focusing on conversation practice, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar and accent improvement.
  • Assess learners' speaking abilities and provide personalized feedback and progress reports.
  • Create and use innovative teaching materials and digital tools to enhance learning.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging virtual learning environment.
  • Track student attendance and maintain class records.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on best practices in language instruction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in English, Communication or Education).
  • Prior experience in Spoken English training or online tutoring is preferred.
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and engage learners.
