**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated English Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing the English language proficiency of our students, focusing on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills relevant to the aviation and corporate industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive English training sessions for students.
- Design customized lesson plans focused on spoken English, grammar, and communication.
- Help students improve pronunciation, fluency, and vocabulary.
- Prepare students for interviews and group discussions.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Create and evaluate assignments and practice modules.
- Conduct mock interview sessions and communication skill assessments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in teaching or training English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of soft skills and corporate communication is a plus.
- Prior experience in aviation training or working with edtech platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Energetic and student-focused teaching approach.
