The trainer will be responsible for enhancing the English language proficiency of our students, focusing on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills relevant to the aviation and corporate industries. **Key Responsibilities**: - Conduct interactive English training sessions for students. - Design customized lesson plans focused on spoken English, grammar, and communication. - Help students improve pronunciation, fluency, and vocabulary. - Prepare students for interviews and group discussions. - Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback. - Create and evaluate assignments and practice modules. - Conduct mock interview sessions and communication skill assessments. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in teaching or training English. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Knowledge of soft skills and corporate communication is a plus. - Prior experience in aviation training or working with edtech platforms is an advantage. - Ability to engage and motivate learners. **Preferred Skills**: - Strong presentation and public speaking skills. - Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) - Energetic and student-focused teaching approach. **Benefits**: - Flexible working hours Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Flexible schedule - Paid sick time - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: Remote Expected Start Date: 12/07/2025
