**Job Title : Spoken English Trainer (Part Time)**

**Location**: Online
**Working Hours**: Flexible / Evening or Weekend Batches
**Type**: Part-Time

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate “**Spoken English Trainer”**at least having 5+ years of experience to conduct training sessions in “**Marathi**” for students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, creating effective lesson plans, and supporting learners from basic to intermediate levels of spoken English. The focus will be on building learners’ confidence in speaking English in day-to-day conversations, interviews, and professional settings.
- In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective lesson plans that help learners improve their Spoken English skills.
- Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of English proficiency is essential.
- You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining the Spoken English curriculum and ensuring continuous improvement in teaching methods.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and update the **Spoken English curriculum** for beginner to intermediate levels
- Provide one-on-one and group support to learners during and after sessions
- Create effective lesson plans, including speaking activities, role plays, and interactive exercises
- Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and fluency
- Encourage confidence-building through real-life conversation practice
- Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and learning tools in language training

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Marathi, and Hindi**:

- Strong organizational and classroom management skills
- Minimum 5 year+ of experience in teaching Spoken English (online/offline)
- Ability to engage learners and simplify complex language concepts
- Passion for teaching and helping others build communication confidence
- Certification in English language training (such as TESOL/TEFL) is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹600.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
