**We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spoken English Trainer to deliver engaging online lessons to students of various proficiency levels. As a trainer, you will help learners improve their English speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence through interactive sessions.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conduct one-on-one or group spoken English classes via online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).**

**Design and deliver customized lesson plans tailored to the needs of each learner.**

**Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.**

**Focus on improving conversational skills, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.**

**Create a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment.**

**Maintain student records and provide periodic performance reports.**

**Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and incorporate best practices.**

**Requirements**:
**Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field (preferred).**

**Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or ESL Teacher.**

**Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).**

**Strong interpersonal and communication skills.**

**Familiarity with online teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms.**

**Certification in TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (preferred but not mandatory).**

**Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends (based on student needs).**

**Preferred Skills**:
**Experience working with non-native English speakers.**

**Ability to motivate and engage students remotely.**

**Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methods.**
