**Spoken English Trainer (Marathi) - Part Time : Who can conduct sessions in Marathi**

**Metaverse Learn**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Spoken English Trainer - Part Time** **who can conduct the sessions in Marathi & can prepare session contents (PPTs, assignment files, practice files etc.)**

**Details**:
**Mode**: 100 % Live Online

**Location**: Work from Anywhere

**Role Type**: Part-Time

**Medium of Instruction**: Marathi + English

**Target Audience**: Students, Professionals, Entrepreneurs

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver structured and interactive spoken English sessions
- Prepare session content like PPTs, assignment files, practice files etc
- Conduct assessments to evaluate learner progress
- Provide constructive feedback and communication tips
- Help learners build confidence in everyday and professional English usage

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant industry or training experience in English communication
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- Ability to teach and communicate effectively in both Marathi and English
- Prior experience in training or corporate communication training preferred

**Process**:
We follow trainer empanelment process
- **Step 1**:
We need your 15 mins of demo video where you are teaching any practical topic in Marathi and your camera must be on

**Do not record the demo video on mobile**, use laptop and use PPT/whiteboard or anything for content.

**Step 2**:
Once we receive demo, our team will evaluate it. If we get positive revert on the video, there will be on live demo session of 1 Hour

**Step 3**:
There will be rehearsals of first couple of sessions of our syllabus

**Key points -**
We are very particular about the quality, there will be a tech-check 20 mins prior to every session to ensure smooth experience to our learners.

**You must adhere to following points**:
Noise-cancellation headsets
Disturbance free environment, No distractions
No use of mobile while conducting session (Mobile should be on silent)
Proper lights on the face (No shadows on the face)
Blurred background while conducting session

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 8 per week
