Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct live online NCLEX training sessions for students.
- Explain NCLEX concepts, question patterns, and critical thinking strategies.
- Assess students’ progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Develop mock tests and practice sessions to enhance students’ readiness.
- Stay updated to ensure students are well-prepared.
- Guide students on test-taking techniques and time management strategies.

**Requirements**:

- B.Sc. Nursing degree (mandatory).
- Prior experience in NCLEX training or nursing education is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of NCLEX-RN exam content.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
