Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Conducting IELTS Classes
- Teach IELTS Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking sections, providing structured, interactive lessons that engage students and address their needs.
- Guide students in both Academic and General Training modules, using effective test-taking strategies and practical skills enhancement.

2. Curriculum Development
- Develop and organize high-quality study materials, practice tests, and other resources aligned with IELTS standards.
- Regularly update materials to reflect changes in the IELTS format and best practices in exam preparation.

3. Student Progress Assessment
- Evaluate students’ initial language proficiency levels and create customized learning plans based on their goals and performance.
- Monitor progress through regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods to address each student’s improvement areas.

4. Exam Strategy Coaching
- Teach effective time management, answer techniques, and stress management strategies to maximize students’ performance in each section.
- Conduct mock exams under test-like conditions, analyzing results to help students improve.

5. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and areas needing improvement.
- Prepare regular progress reports for students and, if required, communicate with guardians to ensure continuous support.

6. Staying Updated
- Keep up-to-date with changes to the IELTS exam and advances in teaching techniques.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to continuously develop teaching skills and stay aligned with industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field. TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an IELTS Trainer, with proven success in improving students’ scores.
- Skills:

- Strong command of English and comprehensive understanding of IELTS exam structure.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
- Patience and adaptability to meet diverse student needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online teaching tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other English proficiency exams (e.g., TOEFL, PTE).
- Proven ability to help students achieve high scores (Band 7 and above).
- Knowledge of current trends in English language education.

Pay: ₹10,041.48 - ₹49,267.14 per month
