**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Design**:

- Develop a structured and engaging IELTS curriculum tailored to various proficiency levels.
- Ensure alignment with the latest IELTS exam formats and standards.

2. **Content Creation**:

- Generate engaging and informative posts for social media platforms to enhance student engagement and learning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote educational content effectively.

3. **Resource Development**:

- Create high-quality learning materials, including practice tests, study guides, and multimedia content.
- Develop both free and premium resources to cater to a diverse student base.

4. **Webinar Facilitation**:

- Plan and conduct interactive webinars covering key aspects of the IELTS exam.
- Address common challenges and provide strategies to improve student performance.

5. **Doubt Resolution**:

- Provide timely and effective responses to student queries through various communication channels.
- Foster a supportive learning environment to encourage student success.

**Qualifications**:

- Achieved an overall IELTS band score of 8.5 or higher.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with the IELTS exam structure and requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating educational content and utilizing digital tools for content delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Confident demeanor and strong public speaking skills to effectively conduct webinars and address student doubts.
- Access to a reliable laptop and a strong Wi-Fi connection.
- College students or recent graduates meeting the above qualifications are encouraged to apply.

**Compensation**:

- **Internship Stipend**: ₹10,000 for the one-month internship period.
- **Full-Time Opportunity**: Post-internship, based on performance review and organizational requirements, there is potential for full-time employment.

**Work Schedule**:

- Flexible working hours, primarily between 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
