**Position**: Online Olympiad Trainer
**Location**: Remote
**Subjects**: Mathematics, Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology), Computer Science and English
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging, high-level online training sessions for students preparing for national and international Olympiads (e.g., IMO, IPhO, INChO, IOI, etc.).
- Design and provide customized lesson plans, assignments, and practice exams.
- Track student progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Stay up to date with changes in Olympiad exam formats, syllabi, and standards.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum two years experience in teaching.
- Deep understanding of Olympiad-level problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and online teaching skills.
- Experience with digital teaching tools.
- Proficiency in English
- Own laptop and Wi-fi connection.
**Preferred**:
- Former Olympiad participant or medalist.
- Teaching certification or relevant online teaching experience.
- Familiarity with curriculum and formats of international Olympiads.
